Local Drinking Laws
 
  • The legal drinking age in Arizona is 21.
  • No alcohol can be sold between 1am and 6am Monday thru Saturday, or 1am and 10am on Sunday.
  • It is a violation to be drinking alcohol or even having an open alcoholic container in a motor vehicle.
  • Law also prohibits drinking from the original container in public places.
 
Daylight Savings Time
 
Arizona does not go on Daylight Savings Time. During April to October our time is the same as Pacific Standard Time, the remainder of the year Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time.
 
Foriegn Exchange
 
  • You can exchange your money at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport upon your arrival.
  • American Express at 24th & Camelback will also exchange foreign currency.
  • Check with Wells Fargo Banks.
